Since threading uses the 'subject' field sometimes the wrong emails get threaded...and get lost.
OK, but the more is NOT the marrier....the more you got the more problems you have with interacting with the sendmail.
So use something like MimeDefang or AMAVIS. That way you only have a single interface with Sendmail and life becomes simple.
I do use Mimedefang.
