Tiny thing, but I thought I'd flag it up.

I was just building 0.80.  the configure script relies on bc
as part of the code to detect the curl version installed. 
In the absence of bc, an error is seen, thus:

        checking for curl >= 7.10.0... ./configure: bc: command not found

the WARNING is not emitted, and my best guess from the following
log is that the build continues against libcurl regardless.
