I have disabled 'TCPSocket 3310' option and enlabed
'LocalSocket /tmp/clamd' in file
'/usr/local/etc/clamd.conf'
Please guide whether 'LocalSocket /tmp/clamd' is
correct.
restarted clamd and ran command :
[EMAIL PROTECTED] root]# clamdscan -l scan.txt clamav-0.80
connect(): No such file or directory
ERROR: Can't connect to clamd.

Time: 0.000 sec (0 m 0 s)

'clamav-0.80' is at '/root/clamav-0.80'
It seems something is wrong somewhere with access
permissions.
