This comment is highly unnecessary. Besides the fact that this topic was discussed at length previously on this list, and everyones views were expressed, this instructions have now been changed to avoid future problems. Obviously people who have followed this howto in the past may have clamdscan linked to clamscan but honestly if they dont know how to alter this or what the difference is they should not be running a mail server..nevermind one with any significant traffic.
If you followed a step-by-step howto to use on a highly loaded server without previous working knowledge of the setup and mail servers in general, you deserve to have poor performance.
Can we please put this topic to rest already. Yes it was poor form, we agreed on this already. Yes the problem has been resolved from here forward. Why people feel the need to continuously add their unhelpful 2 cents is beyond me. It does nothing to resolve the situation.
