When I reached that part that says, type:

#clamscan -r -l scan.txt clamav-0.65

my terminal gave me
bash: /usr/bin/clamscan: No such file or directory

Why is it? I tried it in /usr/bin also gave me the same.

Try 'locate clamscan' and then supply the full path or symlink your
local copy of clamscan to somewhere in your path.
