Look, I am sorry for reacting harshly, and I don't mean to be a jerk. On today's internet, if you don't know how to interpret basic messages from your operating system, you probably shouldn't be running a mail server. I would suggest taking a step back, firewalling port 25, and reading the Rute users tutorial, available at: http://www.icon.co.za/~psheer/book/index.html.gz It will help you understand basic operating system issues, and to seperate them from issues that actually have to do with ClamAV/Qmail/whatever other piece of software. Please do not run scripts you don't understand, and please take the time to understand the system you are installing software on. This is not directed solely at you, but this was the last in a series of similar emails. Take care, and I hope I do not sound too rude, -- -------------------------------------------------------------------------- | Stephen Gran | "MSDOS didn't get as bad as it is | | [EMAIL PROTECTED] | overnight -- it took over ten years of | | http://www.lobefin.net/~steve | careful development."
