Well, the one in your path is correct then. Where are you seeing the
error about the functionality version?
If you do "ps ax|grep freshclam" what shows up?
Similarly, what does "find / -name freshclam" show?
Oh, and please don't separate your additions from the previous post by
using "-- " - that's a signature separator, not a reply separator.
