Mandrake 10.1 has released it, as well as 10.2 Beta 1.

you can grab the SRPM from
ftp://neocat.org/pub/SRPMS/clamav-0.81-1010.1mdk.src.rpm
and then do:
rpmbuild --rebuild clamav-0.81-1010.1mdk.src.rpm

I haven't looked at this one, but you will probably have to grab a
couple of libraries from cooker - probably libzip-devel 2.2.1 and
curl-devel, maybe a later version of automake.
