If you get the source rpm from the link to Petr Kristof's Crash Hat site
in the binary downloads section of www.clamav.net then you can install
the source rpm, change directory to /usr/src/redhat/SPECS and use
rpmbuild -bb clamav.spec to rebuild the binary rpms. Easiest solution is
to do this for each system.

On RH9 you may find that if you use logwatch you need to install an
upgraded logwatch 5.x version as the clamav-logwatch support was removed
from the clamav packages between 0.80 and 0.81 appearing.
