Where did you get the -devel package? If you built both it and the main
clamav package from the source rpm then it should have the same epoch as
the main clamav package, which is 75 in the latest source rpm from Petr
Kristof I think.

The number before the : is the epoch and is a way of allowing an
apparently older package to be installed in place of a newer one. Some
people regard epochs as an ugly hack.
