ClamAV successfully stops password protected Bagles and some other worms. There's no need (and even possibility) to detect malware in all protected files. However, you can block _all_ passworded Zip/RAR archives by enabling ArchiveBlockEncrypted in clamd.conf (--block-encrypted in clamscan), but this is generally not recommended. -- oo .....
