I'll start off by assuming you simply haven't bothered with the list
archive and aren't actually trying to be a troll :-)
Read the list archive, this topic has been covered a few times -
usually quite heatedly. The summary is that clamav is a product for
catching malicious code, not spam - if you want to catch spam, use a
product such as spamassassin.
