Given how vague your first post was - no. All you asked was whether
or not you could use clamav with a proxy.
Now, as to whether or not it can be used with that specific socks
proxy - why not talk to the developer of the proxy?
Failing that - RTFM for the proxy in question. It only took me 3
seconds to identify that it's probably possible (DeleGate supports
filter programs). All you have to do is work out how.
