In the current docs on clamav-milter

the example uses INPUT_MAIL_FILTER followed by
define('confINPUT_MAIL_FILTERS', ...
According to the sendmail docs the second entry will invalidate the first.

Should probably remove the reference to confINPUT_MAIL_FILTERS
After spend a day scratching my head on milter error state...
