/usr/local/sbin/clamav-milter --quiet --dont-wait -N -d -l -o -f /var/run/clmilter.sock

At the moment of "LibClamAV Warning: ...", the users canÂt send mail. If I restart the ClamAv Services it work ok.
Try using the --dont-wait option please, and report back your results to here.
