In theory ClamAV is in the "official" Fedora Extras but unfortunately it
doesn't seem to be being maintained very well (latest version in stable
is the ancient 0.71 and the latest version in testing is 0.83). However
if they do fix that at some point then read this:

In the meantime if you want pre-built packages you will have to use DAG
(http://dag.wieers.com) or a similar repository.

If your problem is distributing updates across multiple servers (rather
than actually building in the first place), it might be worth
considering setting up your own APT or yum repository, then you can
build an RPM once for a new release and push out across multiple
machines very quickly and easily. It's very easy to set up and saves a
lot of time.
