Scott, my fault.

Clamuko does use that file, clamscan does not (as correctly said by Matt).

You need to replace "/usr/local/bin/send_sms 123456789 "VIRUS ALERT: %v"
with something that will print a warning to the screen - how to do that I am
not sure.
