You are running a version of clamav that is too old to use current
database versions, hence the functionality level warnings, you should
upgrade to 0.87 to ensure this is fixed.

For the other warning the DNS record may be older than 3 hours, this is
not a fatal error, hence the fallback to HTTP mode. All freshclam
versions have done this for more than a year IIRC.
