The packages named src are not what you want, those install the source code that
has to be compiled.  The packages I saw are binaries, i.e. they install 
directly.

Look again.  I didn't see the src package so we must be looking at different
places in Reinhard's repository.  Do you see the projects/clamav-0.88/10.0-i386
path?  Inside there are only two binaries.
