how clam rotates the log is in /etc/logrotate.d/clamd and freshclam.
lthere are two lines that tell it rorotate daily and how many days to
keep I think the default is to rotate weekly and keep 4, so we have it
overridden in the rotate script.... but that isn't where the stats come
form.... look in /etc/crontab and you will find a line that kicks off a
script that does that..

Is there a configuration setting in clamd.conf to 'not' have the clamd.log
restarted monthly? Or is the archiving of the previous months log
controlled by something else? I'd like to have my clamstats output
continuous instead of restarting every month.
