Those are the current versions. Signatures are not
released on a specific schedule; if freshclam runs without
error you shouldn't be concerned if you don't receive
updates for several days.
And in this case you're wrong - daily.cvd versions
1615-1618 were all released yesterday, so there have been
several updates within the last ~30 hours.
Note the current clamav version and signature database
version is always displayed on the clamav.net homepage, and
you can subscribe to the clamav-virusdb mail list for
announcements of signature updates.
