Please don't top post - you're making a mess of this conversation.
The startup process is not a ClamAV issue - it is an operating system
issue. It is also an absurdly easy process and so because you are
hopelessly lost on it you really need to stop what ever it is you are
doing are read the documentation for your Linux. In particular, pay
attention to the initialization process and startup scripts and
understand what they do and how they do it. When you understand this
stuff it will be obvious to you too that this is not a ClamAV issue but
rather a simple OS issue. There is no excuse for being this ignorant
about your operating system.
