Hi Everyone, I'm trying to get the latest version of clamav to work with the latest version of simscan (inter7.com) and the install of simscan dies when it tries to go out and verify the clamav database exists on my system.
The configure command dies on: checking whether we can locate the clamav db path... no configure: error: Unable to find your clamav databases, specify --enable-clamavdb-path. And I've specified the location as "--enable-clamavdb-path=/usr/share/clamav" Here's what that directory looks like on my box: drwxr-xr-x 2 clamav clamav 15344 2006-10-02 04:40 daily.inc/ -rw-r--r-- 1 clamav clamav 5858804 2006-08-17 04:40 main.cvd It looks like simscan doesn't know about the "new" (?) format for the daily db. Is there a way I can get freshclam to produce a daily.cvd instead of these incrementals? sigtool? Any suggestions? -- Regards, Richard Did this email or post help you?
