Force a re-install of the Perl ClamAV Module..
# perl -MCPAN -eshell
cpan> force install Mail::ClamAV

I don't use Mailscanner program. I use postfix/amavis/clamav.
perl -MCPAN -eshell
cpan> force install Mail::ClamAV
didn't resolve the trouble.
So currently I still have to downgrade to 0.88.6...
perhaps you need to restart amavis? just guessing.
