You will need to find a 9.1 system that has a proper build environment, and then rebuild the source-rpm. But the current Mandriva srpms are designed only for 10.2 and later, due to the macros that have been added. Mandriva still maintains a 10.0-like OS, called Mandriva Corporate Server 3, and clamav-0.88-7.0.1 is available for that platform. I do have a pile of 9.1 CD's, so if you really get stuck I could try to build a 9.1 box and recompile the srpm from Corporate Server 3, but I'm not going to guarantee that it will work well. Is there some reason you don't want to upgrade your box to a supported version? 2006.0 and 2007.0 (the supported consumer versions) and Corporate server 3 and 4 (the supported enterprise versions) all have the latest clamav, as well as fast security patch turn-around time. 2006.0 only has a few months left of base support, so I would certainly steer you towards 2007.0 or Corporate Server 4. > > Thanks! > > Michael.- -- Daniel J McDonald, CCIE #2495 Linux mcdonalddj-dc.austin-energy.net 2.6.17-10mdv #1 SMP Fri Feb 2 15:53:02 MST 2007 i686 Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.40GHz GNU/Linux _______________________________________________ Help us build a comprehensive ClamAV guide: visit http://wiki.clamav.net http://lurker.clamav.net/list/clamav-users.html
