Consider the following options to clamscan/clamdscan:
-l FILE, --log=FILE
Save scan report to FILE.
--move=DIRECTORY
Move infected files into DIRECTORY. Directory must
be writable
for the 'clamav' user or unprivileged user running
clamscan.
