Change line 76 of the clamstats.pl file to:
if (/main\.(?:cvd|inc).+\(version:\s(\d+),\ssigs:\s(\d+),/) {
The problem is it was looking for main.cvd only, but now there's a
main.inc as the base file. After making the change I get 119,064
total sigs as of today.
