Hi Conrad, I have the same problem on my Fedora 4 (acctualy moving to CentOS) box. I've solved this by adding an aditional stop/start command on my rc.local file...
Not elegant, but solved my problem after spending some time trying to figure out what happened... I think it started after 0.90.2 too...
