Not strange at all - this server already has the current main.cvd, 
which is updated far less often than daily.cvd.  I belive the last 
update to main.cvd was in April.  If the other servers now have a 
main.inc, it's because they didn't have the current main.cvd and 
received an update.

Next time there's a main.cvd update, this server will create its own 
main.inc directory and just download the changes, not the whole giant file.

Bottom line is don't concern yourself at installation/upgrade time 
about wether you have a *.cvd or a *.inc as long as freshclam reports 
you are current.  Do be concerned if freshclam is consistently unable 
to get future scripted updates.
