Edwin:

I've had to revert the code back to 86 on this
production machine. Let me try again to see if I can
get more data.

I resorted back to 91.1 and not the svn due to a
higher
frequency of die/restart.

Clam starts and operates for a short period of time.
Random to when the segmentation fault occurs. It seems
to relate to a specific HTML phishing message.
Note the start and stop.

Clam can last from a few seconds to hours running with
no errors.

Also note that debug is not working properly. What you
see in the output is all that is sent in the original
thread + 4 line below.

Nothing more to the tty or console.

LibClamAV debug: Database loaded
LibClamAV debug: Stat()ing files in
/usr/local/clamav/share/clamav
LibClamAV debug: Setting /var/tmp as global temporary
directory
LibClamAV debug: Making
/var/tmp/clamav-4b462568c9257a0e3abbe007c86262dd

****no more data is provided.
Not even a core file generated. Clam is running and
scanning.

86 runs fine on the system even though outdated.

When reinstalling libclam* is rm'd.

What else may I send you?
