The size of clamd seems to be reasonably normal-- on my machines, it tends to run about 50MB vsize and about 40MB resident. The size of the clamav-milter process seems to be somewhat larger than what I'd expect, but I switched to using Postfix by preference about the time the milter API was being commonly deployed, so I don't have as much familiarity with it.
