Hi,

I removed the comments like you recommended and the error went away.  And it 
was Semantic not Norton.  Sorry about the confusion.

There are some comments in the source code, that give some examples of
what clamav
detects as phishing. Probably Norton is catching those examples, try
deleting all comments from the source code.
