If it can't be fixed I suggest removing it from the DNS. I usually give them about 1 week to fix the problem and then temporarily remove them from the round robin (that means you should see it disappear very soon). If the problem is not fixed after 1 month, the mirror is dropped. I'd like to remark that freshclam is not affected by broken mirrors and can always download the latest CVD as long as at least one of the mirrors in the RR is working correctly.
