At one time I used to get it twice a day, exactly. On investigation it turned out to be an attachment which was a pdf file written in Polish. Since the file was legit and expected, I gave up worrying about it. The error disappeared with an upgrade to ClamAV---I forget which one now, but it was some time ago.
