I am trying to compile clamav anti-virus engine for ClamXav from the source
 - clamav-0.92.1 but it fails to do so with the warning - configure: error:
no acceptable C compiler found in $PATH. This is the ./configure output.

[checking build system type... powerpc-apple-darwin8.11.0

But I have GCC 4.0 and I have also copied it to /bin.
How can I overcome this problem. Please help.

Cheers
