problem solved :
I don't known why but just doing an aptitude update; aptitude upgrade
even with volatile dep hasn't fully update all clamav stuff.
I had to remove clamav-base and libclamav2 an reinstall clamav
clamav-daemon and I got a libclamav4...
now reading viral base takes just a few seconds !!!!

The binary interface of clamav library changed, but it's only problen for
packages using clamav library. If you use them, fill bugreport for
apropriate package. And complain here for changing binary interfaces...
