 I have similar problem with malicious java-script, just detected it on my own 
website, which is hostedby a very  well known, cheap web-hosting company.Most 
likely, this malicious code was put into mysite using SQL-injection. Because I 
have no influenceon the update-policy of my hosting company,this is a permanent 
threat.
