Your configuration is correct (it's enough to set both PhishingSignatures and PhishingScanURL to 'no') however there's a bug in 0.95RC1 which makes it to ignore some settings, see: https://wwws.clamav.net/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1442 It's already fixed in SVN. -- oo .....
