Another probably easy question. When running

[ch...@localhost ~]$ clamdscan spam1.txt
/home/chris/spam1.txt: Access denied. ERROR

Where should clamdscan be and who should own it? It was
in /usr/local/bin along with

-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 1041 2009-03-05
17:42 /usr/local/bin/clamav-config*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 195923 2009-03-05
17:42 /usr/local/bin/clamconf*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 clamav clamav 228068 2009-03-05
17:42 /usr/local/bin/clamdscan*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 214427 2009-03-05
17:42 /usr/local/bin/clamdtop*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 131462 2009-03-05
17:42 /usr/local/bin/clamscan*

I changed clamdscan to owner clamav. Should this be in /usr/sbin along
with clamd and freshclam and should all these be owned by root or
clamav?
