My apology, I forgot to include the new manual page with the tarball.
I've now added it, but nothing else has changed, so the version remains
the same (v2.8).

I also add this to the CHANGELOG:

   - Added manual page written by Paul Wise <[email protected]>, for the
     Debian project.

The README and INSTALL documents have been updated, as well.
