Dear Bailey
1. After running the scan i m getting the following error
clamdscan /var/
/var: lstat() failed: Permission denied. ERROR

2.I have installed clamav using apt-get install command.
3.Clamav version is ClamAV 0.95.3/10527/Mon Mar 8 01:11:12 2010
4.OS Ubuntu9.04
