ClamAV doesn't block emails.

ClamAV detects things matching their antivirus signatures, and stuff like 
amavisd, or clamav-milter, or similar interface to the MTA uses that 
information (along with other info like SpamAssassin Bayesian analysis, SPF 
records, DomainKeys/DKIM signing, etc) to decide whether to block emails.

Hey, it's great that you both have opinions.

Showing a bounce/DSN message and/or the precise mail system logs indicating 
what the problem is, will likely obtain better results than repeating opinions 
about what might be going on.
