Thanks for your reply. I have some basic questions.
I don't have the actual mail and I have only the notification sent
by amavisd-new. So, I am not in a position to run clamscan --debug
on that mail.
Under this situation, where I reject such mails, how can I run
clamscan --debug on that mail?

That should help you identify which URL is problematic.
You only attached the email headers, which is not enough to know what
triggers the detection (the detection is on the email's body).
