Thank you, I just was thinking about what I can do to solve.... 
I have another VPS, an exact copy of the one we are talking about, except
for the data stored,  where everything is working and no errors are
logged....
I really can't understand what to do... and obviously I can't switch them
Today I did 
apt-get remove libclamunrar6 
apt-get purge libclamunrar6
apt-get update
apt-get install libclamunrar6
everything has gone without any error 

The packet libclamav logs as not found are correctly in /usr/lib, all owned
by root and all symlinks to them are 777, it doesn't look like a permission
error, every file or symlink there has the same permissions ...

Yeah, unfortunately my friends, we've beat the unrar drum with a stick a
lot, and recently.  No sense in debating it I guess.
