I´ve seen there is an plugin for ClamAv to scan RAR Archives.
To install it I shall enable the non-free repository but I can´t find anything
about how
to do that googling gives nothing.
Is there someone who can tell me how to enable the non-free repository in
xenial?

frankly that is a question for a *ubuntu mailing-list*

even as a Fedora usaer after typing "ubuntu enable non-free repo" shows me clearly that you are confusing Ubuntu/Debian

first google hit:
https://askubuntu.com/questions/89096/how-do-i-enable-the-multiverse-repository

The Multiverse repository contains software which has been classified as non-free. This software may not be permitted in some jurisdictions. When installing each package from this repository, you should verify that the laws of your country permit you to use it. Also, this software may not include security updates.
