ok I set
debug yes
in my clamd.conf and executed again
# clamdscan --verbose --config-file=clamd.conf /spam/*
but where can I see clamdscanner debug log ?
/var/log/clamd folder is empty
BTW I use centos 7.4 , cPanel

I'd suggest that you enable debug logging - including for libclamav -
and look for messages which indicate that the unofficial signatures in
the database are being ignored when clamd starts or reloads signatures.
