the same applies to you. you must unsubscribe yourself by going to the page
that was mentioned by Joel and that is in headers (look above) and footer
(look below) of erach mail to the list.
Fill your address there and confirm the mail that comes to you
(so noone can unsubscribe other people by faking their address).
