Hi Bijay, ClamAV does not presently have the feature to create and start Windows Services. There is a derivative project called clamav-win32 made by Gianluigi Tiesi which does provide this feature: https://github.com/clamwin/clamav-win32
We've relatively recently received Gianluigi's blessing to incorporate features from clamav-win32 into the main ClamAV project, to include support for starting clamd as a Windows Service. This isn't one of the tasks we've prioritized for 0.103 dev though, so it's unlikely that you'll see it in ClamAV this year. I hope this helps.
