I'm sorry to say, but yes 0.100 is too old. As of October 29, 0.100
has exceeded end of life and is now actively blocked from downloading
signature updates.

Currently, every version from ClamAV 0.99 and down, including all
patch versions, are unsupported, and are actively blocked from

The last couple of days I've been getting freshclam update errors...
result of running freshclam -v below. I know 100.3 is old, but too
old? Some other problem with the servers that respond 403?
Advice welcomed, thanks. Been looking for the "official-mirror-faq" but
