Could you let us have a bit more than that? There are many possible reasons why an HTTP GET request could fail. The message you've shown is what happens when the FC_EFAILEDGET is set, but there are a dozen or so places in the code where that can happen for different reasons. In most cases there's a also a more informative message, immediately before the general 'HTTP GET failed' message.
